And I agree with you though, it’s a little silly to leave out the lower divs, wouldn’t it be better to have one for each division? Or something.. I dunno I’m still under the influence of alcohol :<

Just guessing here but perhaps:
1) admins don’t want to wade through piles of naff submissions
2) even if a frag itself is good, it really detracts from the impressiveness if the enemy made some redonkulously stupid mistake to give you the chance to hit it.
wow I really love how all of you respect other players. So because some of us are below div3 we are not worthy of your time basically. On top of that you consider many of us to be retards who dont know how to play the game. Quite frankly it seems ive wasted my time with arrogant dicks on these forums. Lock this topic please I can see the general consensus is that anyone less than div3 may aswell not even be in the league.

I’m going to suffer for saying this but so be it;
Making a teamvid atm and sometimes people seem to not really understand what most viewers want to see in a fragvid (or just have differing opinions) so if you’d open up a competition like this to lower div players you’d most likely get TONS of average footage, and I wouldn’t wanna be the one to watch all of it tbf.
That said I got an airshot and a double-airshot on 2 soldiers within a 15 second timeframe yesterday and could’ve entered that but I suppose that wouldnt count since they didnt even manage to do a single pirouette while airstrafing. :3

fwiw, I’m in a team that played div 5 last season and are hoping for div 4 this one…
I just kinda think that the admins probably have a lot on their plate and if they wish to cut down their workload in some regard then I can hardly begrudge them it. It takes a LOT more work than I could be bothered to do to make even a simple video. And that’s only from your own clips.
Watching the top ten plays of the week, On all the soldier airshot clips on #1, there doesnt seem to be any airstrafing going on whatsoever – a div 4 player could have hit that exact shot but just because it wasnt anyone well known, it’s suddenly less skillful?
Go on, have a look at the PoTW videos and see if you can spot any air-strafing beyond the usual reaction button mashing?
