Is it permitted to be on a 6’s team and a highlander team at the same time?

Also are you allowed to be a sub for another team while being on a 6’s team and a highlander team?

You can be on a regular league highlander team, a national highlander team, a regular league 6on6 team and a national 6on6 team; you can also be in a fun team and various other teams such as 1on1.
