Don’t like the trend for artificial logs like this which surely only destroy information from the original logs, and if they’re <40 mins and look viable then I can't stop them affecting the Elo.

There’s nothing artificial about it. There were two pauses on Snake that took an extra 15 minutes, which is why the Da/m and Dt/m are messed up. The only thing I did was combining the two logs into one. If there hadn’t been any pauses the Da/m and Dt/m would still be right.

Surely there is a way to disable counting pause time in the logs?

DP/M and DT/M don’t affect elo(I presume), that’s not what he’s talking about as artificial logs. He’s talking about artificial logs whereas two maps are combined into one log, which I don’t even understand why you people insist on doing it as its so fucking stupid and useless to the viewer.

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard, why is it useless? It’s like saying all logs are useless.
This let’s you see who played the best over multiple maps or 1 map + GC etc.
Please explain why it’s stupid.

1 map and a GC I can get.
2 maps, or a bo3 etc is totally disingenuous though. You don’t play the same on maps, you can’t break it down. If anything you should want logs MORE broken down round by round, not all bunched up. If you had logs of the entire night would it literally tell you anything at all? Of course not, different opponents and different maps mean your team and you yourself play differently.
There is nothing useful to glean from a combined log, all it does it hide the detail.
Why did combined logs become a thing anyway? They’re completely pointless, especially when you already have the logs of both games posted and available to view anyway.
