I thought that was only for Div 6 community teams?

The idea is that there are some Div6 teams that are community teams, so they don’t want to ban them from playing. So all div6 teams are allowed since most div6 teams are fairly new to competitive.

This is a hard choice. :S Wireplay only has 4 divs, and I’ve asked my Heavy and Demo who play in Wireplay and they say it’s quite a bit higher skill level than Div 6. However, the Highlander Open will be mostly pub players, so we would probably roll that until we met some other comp teams.
