England and UK?

I’m an English player, and when it asked for my nationality I could choose two things, England or UK. I chose England. Should I have done this? Is there any reason why the UK is split up but there is also a UK nationality?
It matters little at this point. We have many flags – even silly ones like english/sweden combined.
Northern Ireland flag isn’t on here, I think.

So by saying “even silly ones like” you didn’t mean that it was silly compared to others that are not..?

Why does it matter to you anyway? It’s not even a real flag.
Mad flag disrespect?
Combined flag is a good idea actually, lets say you’re born in Finnish family in Sweden
Finnish/Swedish flag? so basically combined flags MAY represent something like You live in X country, but born in a family that came from X country

“others that are not” being actual existing flags.
