2.1 All players are welcome

Any player of any country is welcome to play in the ETF2L. However, ETF2L reserves the right to exclude certain players from any competitions.

You can always edit the title to “nvm” or something like that.

I’m just saying its mostly for euro, so he knows that the times are retarded for him and that he prob will get 150 ping or something.
