Why are you looking for europeans with a second canadian citizenship? Why not just look for canadians who want to play on european times with european pings?
The UGC forums would be a good place for the latter.

I think he means a normal Highlander team composed of Canadians? Just asking about Canadians in Europe, as opposed to a nations team.
In that case, try TeamFortress.tv or UGC, if you’re looking for actual Canadians. Though I am aware of a few EU people who have lived or currently live in Canada such as Luzzu, Shifty or Pikachu (the legend).
