What's the Skill level difference between divs. in ETF2L HL and UGC HL?

so, i’ve been trying to understand where i actually stand in etf2l, but it doesn’t make sense to me unless i figure out what division in etf2l HL matches the div in UGC HL.
Like, premier = High platinum
or div 1 = Mid platinum
Help me fill in the blanks!
Since UGC is rotating with a different map pool it’s hard to compare both leagues.
Look up the teams you have beaten in UGC and look at their div in ETF2L. Or scrim/pcw against a div3-4 team in etf2l and see how it goes.

No teams but there are several Prem players in UGC.
Plat – Prem/div1/div2/div3
Silver – div4/top div5
Steel – low div5/div6
Prem – Top Plat
Div 1 – Top/Mid+ Plat
Div 2 – Mid Plat
Div 3 – Low Plat/Top Silver
Div 4 – Mid/Low Silver – High Steel
Div 5 – Mid+ Steel
Div 6 – Low Steel

plat = div4 and up etf2l
Though I guess most teams, like us (#SDW) don’t really give a shit UGC and play it more of a as practice during etf2l off-season and give proper focus on etf2l.

yeah but as someone said there’s no prem team besides DA in UGC but a lot of prem players so you could put it like that kind of

perhaps they didn’t try/care/use the same main roster?
