I’ve looked everywhere but I did not understand what are the divs
Divisions.

In Highlander (already over): http://etf2l.org/leagues/hl-s3-tables/
Divs are divisions, which you can find here (6v6): http://etf2l.org/leagues/season-14-tables/
Teams are assigned to divisions based on skill, practice results and placement in former seasons. The higher the division number, the lower the (presumed) strength of a team.
