I’m not sure if this is in the correct place but here we go, as you may know TLR was recently in ETF2L were the team had a pretty good performance before the roster disbanding. I am one of the managers on TLR and I am a big fan of the tf2 scene and enjoyed watching it when we had our team. Because of this I have been thinking about pitching coming back into the scene to my boss and was wondering if the people here would have any input for my pitch
e.g.
available teams
good points about the community
people to speak too ect.
hope you can guys can help me as i would like to bring TLR back into the scene
Thank you all in advance

There are a couple of notable teams around who may be interested, Quarantine and the newest BFF reform.
Quarantine has been around for a full season and arguably a stabler lineup though with (probably) lower chance of success in the coming season than the new BFF lineup.
Teams can be found at these links:
BFF – http://etf2l.org/teams/15798/
Quarantine – http://etf2l.org/teams/9920/
I guess you’d want to contact Darn and Kritzonite respectively from those two teams. In terms of community, it is relatively close knit but with good turn out at i-series LAN events and some talk of expansion into other events in the future. There is a strong community spirit seen by the raising of enough money to bring over 2 American teams for I46, this years summer LAN.
Thanks for your continued interest in TF2!
If you need to get in touch with the head(s) of ETF2L, contact

Most of the staff can be found on IRC (Quakenet, #etf2l) as well.
Thank you all for the input will be making my pitch in a couple days after I have something written up.
Thank you all once again
Quoted from basH.
they dont pay for lans…dont join
can’t really blame them since gaming orgs barely make any money out of tf2 but it’s still better to have an org (mumble+server+tshirts :D)
