What if neither team caps a single point?
And i’m not sure how stopwatch works on steel, it’s still point total or getting d if the enemy got points from a to c would guarantee victory?
first team to attack wins, i’ve tested this
and on steel if you only cap say, a+b+c you would get 3 points x time, but capping raises it to 5 at any time, so you can win by capping just e or abc/d

Thats like the most unfair thing ever, there definetely should be a rule for those situations
I think it’s just a draw, like in ctf_turbine. The team which wins the second round, will win the whole thing. If that is a draw as well, it will come to the golden cap (because it’s the 3rd round). If that’s a draw too, then I think a 4th round should be played.
However, something like this wouldn’t ever happen, because the maps ETF2L has chosen are balanced. If you suck at attacking, you will also suck at defending.

Yes? I don’t understand why this shouldn’t happen. If you don’t beat the time, you can always try to cap an extra point. If you fail, you’ll lose.

One of the teams tries to rush E at cp_steel and fails to get a single point, while the second team is very bad and fails to get any points at all, could happen in div 6.
And closing eyes on that because “it literally would never happen” is stupid because: http://etf2l.org/forum/feedback/topic-23332/
