Is stealing nick names allowed?

Can someone answere me these question?
Cause i don´t want to change my nick because of numlocked swiched his one to seb http://s5.tinypic.com/b509r4.jpg
the problem is may people know me as sebb the medic who is playing atm for a div 6 team scout and some soldier, can you merc us, our medic isn´t here…
so if these player changet his nic to nearly mine, i´m not more the medic sebb – than i´m the numlocked fanboy sebb….. and that goes seriously on my nerfes cause he steals my nick…. not me hims…

may i´m overdoing that but it is / was / whatever my nic.
but when i registratet about 200 days ago there was no 2nd sebb… and i don´t really want here 2 seb´s i just want to say thats not funny that i´m suddenly twice here.

But ye, i’d be kinda pissed off if there was a second such amazing guy like me. :D :D

I say numlocked can change his to sebpants. Or numnumpants, whichever he will fancy more.

2 guys happen to have chosen a nickname that’s the same. I won’t call that stealing.
It’s just a coincidence, i dont see why you would be bothered by it.
You’d be surprised by how many Sepiroths you can find online. :)
Even in the ETF2L, we have 2 guys named zerox, and used to have 2 named ares.
As long as it’s the nick you chose, and like to use, i don’t think you should make an issue out of it, especially if it’s a common nickname (like sepiroth). Seb is a real name, so it falls in the same category to me.
Oh and, i think i might change my nickname to “waebi”. I just made that up myself, i think it sounds pretty cool.
tbh, we have to seperate clans from player names, if a player is called Optx then they are stealing from San Francisco Optx
however since numlockeds wasnt using it then tbh his name isnt copyright anymore and therefore u can keep it. also yours has 2 bs so…duno what the problem is
sorry if you feel like i “stole” your nickname, but this is my real name, not some alias for a game. i sometimes switch between this and numlocked. either way i have had seb/SEB since i started cs :3 if it bothers you that much i don’t mind changing back, but as i said, it’s just a name :)
