Still waiting on medals...

Was in Highlander 9v9 Season 2 in February/March and neither me or my team have received any medals showing we were in the tournament. will we still get them?
problem was that 3/6 teams didnt play and 2 teams dropped out of our group so we got 3 default wins and i think it was 1 win 2 losses (our enthusiasium from the first match went as the next two games were default wins as the other teams werent organised). are we still getting the medals?
