I think it could be nice e-peen boost. However it will really just be about whoever has played with/against most people or who has the biggest “fan base”, or who has been in most videos.

Good idea, altough namiming a top 10 for every class might be hard. I dont it should be done by public vote though, else you get peoples fan boys voting their favourite player, even if they suck. One person/a group of people should decide, based on officials/pcws/whatever.

but instead of choosing top players I would put pool on best plays. like in NBA, best frag, cap, backstab, airshot, kill streak, defense, headshot, epic fail, etc.
