When do the signups for the 2012 season of HL start? And what is the recommend rooster size? And any tips for a new team starting at the bottom?

One “2012” season is already over ;) The signups for the third HL season will most likely open in September, definitely after the HL Nations Cup and most likely after the insomnia 46 LAN.
Yeah, thats what I meant, season 3, September you say? Now I can stop worrying about getting a team :)
