FIFA eligibility rules describe the criteria that are used to determine whether an association football player is allowed to represent a particular country in officially recognised international competitions and friendly matches. Eligibility rules are implemented and maintained by FIFA, the governing body for international football. In the 20th century, FIFA allowed a player to represent any national team, as long as the player held citizenship of that country. Can native Irianians actually use Steam (legally)? I thought many American companies (Valve) are banned from doing business with Iran. This could also apply to a digital distribution service like Steam.
Of course there are plenty of Iranians living abroad. It should be possible.

should özil and kadhira not be allowed to play for germany?
they are born in germany so to me they are german, ofc there are some examples just joining a nation to join the nationalteam, doesnt count for france though.
