Well, basically, tf2 with captain mode.
– 4 vs 4
– Medic will be banned (for obvious advantage reasons)
– Every team will pick a class by turns
I know these are different kind games, different mechanisms, “are you serious” etc but this is just an idea, as I said, for fun. We can try/experiment this as an One Night Cup tournament, people might like it.
The team with the demoman will win.
E: The team who gets to pick first will win, because he can choose 2 of the main core classes. (demo + scout/soldier)
E: Unless the second captain can pick 2 classes (soldier and scout) which could actually work balance wise.

second option is the standard when picking players or in this case classes
