i think we get chaos in the recruting forum part, maybe we need new rules about the headlines there.
because we have a player recruting part and that one for clans there have to be new headlines wich make it easyer to find what you search

for players:
example

[Class][Skill*][name]
[soldier/scout][low][sebb]

or for clans.
example

[Division][Searched Class][name]
[Div 3][scout][S@W]

may one of the admis think about it … and correct my english :P

*skill:
i have a problem with skill cause everyone always write down a higher skill than he is and mostly if you have a high skill you can´t play without team work in a Div 2 clanso maybe you should don´t write there low mid + – or so you should write in wich div you could play and after that a “+” for may a div higher or a minus for “-” i think i can handle it but i´m not shure. and none for these div !!!!

Skill level is confusing, why not make it skill and division so if they are looking for a div 3 they say [Div3] in the thing (for players) or if they arent looking for a specific division why not just say the last division they played in?
