Basketball Cup Note: Intended self kills are forbidden from now on.
This rule is a joke tbh :/
Imagine this scenario: You manage to kill both enemy soldiers however youre both too low to jump and cap the intel. Your enemies both spawn with full health, rape you and cap it. Fair?
We just played our bball match and lost around 10 rounds (and the match) because we werent allowed to suicide on purpose…
is a bit silly imo
Sounds more like you lost because the other team was better…
but yeah rule sounds silly.
didnt you learn that killing is bad,
next time just hurt them badly and they have the problem :P
I agree the rule has contras, I dont know the pros atm,
are there pros?
maybe changing the rule to
“if both players are too weak to jump, one player can suicide if he wants, the other, however, has to stay alive”
I like the rule, seems more “gentlemanly” and makes the game interesting rather than just “Oh im low health and ive killed the enemy ill kill mysef now just like last time” makes you use the noggin a bit, and remember the other team are having the same rules so im sure there points they lost when they could have suicided :p
Then a medic will come and examine your case *cough* ass *cough* with his red/blue gloves and w/o lube.
I have to agree, this rule is weird. You get punished for killing the enemy? I don’t like it.
How can you punish for it anyway, because you can basically claim that you tried to rj, but failed. I would agree if it was about the console commands thought. :f
i lost some caps with that rule but its like once or twice per game, doesnt hurt :D
10 times is a bit weird :P
Rule is perfect tbh speeds up capping, makes it so much easier to defend with self kills as well more entertaining and skilled game with no self kills, self kills only for nibs!

Punish should be a free cap multpile times if doin it should be default round, and its easy to tell u know what health the enemy is on most of the time and u know if they can jump or not..
If random damage is left on then people will attempt a RJ with 37–40 hp, because at times you will succeed..
I would anyway . Of course most of the time you will end up dead ;)
Who can argue with that ?!
Unless of course you remove random damage completely in bball cfg.
