Which admin should i contact to submit default win results? their team did not have enough players.

any admin will do. Please go here http://www.etf2l.org/support , type !admin and wait for the next admin to respond. Make sure you have a screenshot that shows your team on the server and includes a timestamp of some kind (steam overlay or upload on steam)
