ETF2L match server config?

Where can I find the ETF2L.cfg for configuring match servers? It appears the rules page doesn’t have it.

There are two rules pages: General Rules and the season rules. One of them has the link.

May I use this topic to notify the admins that the config pack ( http://fakkelbrigade.eu/chris/configs/cfg/etf2lconfigwithmapsandwhitelist.zip ) has STILL not been fixed/updated even though I notified admins about this at least over9000 times. I’m getting really tired of asking teams for sv_restrict_aspect_ratio_fov 0 everytime I join a different server and keep having to explain that their server’s etf2l.cfg is outdated, often ending up in an argument because apparently people feel insulted and become very defensive and non-cooperative if you tell them nicely that their server isn’t properly configured.
