But the modeling part is with the modeler now, Valve will have to wait on us for that. Once that’s done, we’ll submit it to the workshop, communicate a bit with Valve, finalize everything and wait for them to ship it.

I think (no guarantee) we will generate the list of eligible accounts and hand that to Valve to distribute the medals. Pretty sure that’s how the HCC medals worked, with a little flexibility so that people can tell us if they haven’t received a medal they have earned.

Actually, Valve gave us a few keys to their super-secret item distributing API, and we just called that for each player we decided to give a medal. I think we still have a couple hundred participant medals left ;)
