Have Not Received High Lander Medal Yet

I was on this team here http://etf2l.org/teams/13782/ for the first highlander season. My question really is… the heck, we came in second losing to some guys that joine dour bracket that certainly didn’t belong there but… it’s been almost 2 years now??? Shouldn’t these have been handed out already???

IIRC, Valve has had problems in handling those medals. It’s not ETF2L’s fault.

I am friend of people from Berserkers Brasil Team (the team who won against your team), and if I am not wrong, they didn’t received their medals either…

Finding the answer through search is obviously more desired, but bumping an old thread is better than making a new one, imo. (Necroing a thread is actually a proof, that the dude who bumped the old thread can use search. He just failed to find his answer, or was too lazy to look for more threads and just picked this one)

I searched plenty, and there is no clear answer. Also I don’t accept the answer from a dated post made 45 days ago linkcat so -.-
Furthermore its just upsetting when the second and third season comes out advertising “Sign up this season, there will be MORE medals” when clearly there haven’t been medals given out to date? It’s very confusing and misleading.
Well, the medals for the Highlander Challenge in 2010 were handed out last year, so I guess that’s something…

Upsetting? Really? For a virtual item?
Also I would accept an answer from one of the head admins. They’ll be handed out once they are ready. Just be patient.
Shit like this seperates the waters so clearly, half of the people who play highlander only play for the fucking medal..
