Does anybody know why it doesn’t show my team in the cup leaderboards? i know for a fact i signed up for the right cup and i was 1 of the 1st ppl to sign up for it but when i got on here tofay it told me to sign up again so i did but it doesn’t show my team is competing. Does any one have any idea why this is?

Did you go into #etf2l on irc and check in?
You needed to check-in on irc between 18:40-19.40 CET. Although the cup had a number of problems today that may be related.

By my records you didn’t checkin, unfortunately.
and how were u supposed to check in cuz i thought i did but i might not have…
Full information was in both news posts; you were meant to say “teamname checking in” between 18:40 and 19:40 CEST in #etf2l
dang, i didn’t know i had to do that but thx 4 letting me know now im not good at all with times so is it still possible to check in? i really dont think so but just wondering. and also i dont know what u guys mean when u say go to #etf2l on irc, would u mind explaining that to me?

IRC is a common multi-chat protocol. ETF2L and many other leagues use it for their support. You need a client installed that supports the IRC protocol, e.g. mIRC. For those of you who have no IRC client installed, we have an implemented webchat on our page http://etf2l.org/etf2l/support/
We haven’t checked in either, how come we were seeded?
See #4 of the post – we assigned some teams who did not checkin into the cup because there’s another week, and we can replace them if they don’t want to play with others who do over the next wek.

I don’t think I’ve seen ANY ETF2L admin do that and I congratulate you for it.

+1 often people will say WE instead of I. It’s nice to see someone say I made a mistake.
