Teams moved up a division.

Why are teams that have been moved up a division allowed to pick there maps from both pools when all the teams in the division have already picked, therefore given them the advantage of knowing all the maps before they pick there own???
This seems very unfair to the teams already in the division and i personally think they should keep the match choices of the team that has folded/moved up
and if they dont like it stay where they was :P
Sometimes I wonder why my children look like rob, hmmm.
