Reconsidering the way teams are treated after a ban?

Quite frankly, they’ll end up in the next div if they were good enough anyway and don’t fold, so it’s pretty irellevant. The only real thing they lose is a medal and a pixelated trophy on their teampage.

Can’t admins stop banned people posting on the forums too?
They’re allowed to continue to post due to the fact that they might want to appeal, but honestly I think the better option is to ban them from both and make them go on IRC is they want to discuss it.
Only if the choice is to be made by the opposing team, otherwise you could go ahead and mess up peoples schedules and throw the whole of the table out of sync.
