I know there were another 7 million threads about this, but what the hell happened to prem?

I mean seriously.. 4 teams and Tt is bellow the dropped ones(so bad)? Hurray for free prizes? There should be a lockout on prem(if not the whole league) for the remainder of the season.

I.e. When did all the other teams fold?
