most underrated scout of div2 and lower?

since there’s one for the demomen, why not scouts and other classes? (cept i cba other classes lolol)
who in your opinion is the best/most underrated scout below div3?
imo it’s wltrs and kevorkian, div1 scouts eZ (yeah wotr2 lul)

if wotr^2 scouts are div1 standard then the rest of ur team must suck. they r v.good scouts however. I vote forcenet
wotr2 scouts are indeed fairly talented, I wouldn’t quite put them as D1 though :)
Swetur is an experienced scout with fantastic sniping ability. If it’s D2 or lower, KondoR and Apathy have to be mentioned.
I also feel it’s worth mentioning aves from 00 in this thread as although he’s a D1 scout he’s sorely underrated.

wont mention swetur as he has been in div1 and a team sweden-backup, but ill be enough of an ass to mention a another clan mate instead, angra!
