I’m not for vanilla, but how will the game die lol
I won’t make a long post explaining why since it’s been done in a lot of other threads so I’ll just try to keep it short:
Pumping in unlocks, mostly made for public play is not the way to give longevity to the game.
The game earns longevity by being fun to watch and attracting new players to the game.
I doubt new players will want to adapt 24/7 to an ever changing game in terms of it’s core metagame…

Not the game itself but the desire to play it competitively. I can’t see how vanilla tf2 is fun, mainly because it revolves around the same strategies..

What? I meant how will the game die if it stays vanilla.
I cba to type my stance out again since it’s up on vanillatf2, but basically, add the good unlocks and keep the bad ones out.
(If they are all bad so be it)

Come outta your mum’s basement. Just because you enjoy playing the same vanilla borefest, doesn’t mean you’re right. I MAD BECAUSE SOMEONE KILL ME WITH EQUALIZER, BAN IT BECAUSE I’M BAD.
I’m sure CS is so much fun to watch. I’m trying to say new unlocks = new strategies = more fun to watch/play. But if you want to play vanilla tf2 for years then that’s fine by me. When a game gets boring I stop playing it, but I like tf2 and I want to play it for a while and have some fun.. cause that’s what it’s about right?

can all the div 2 players and the prem players who didnt win a single match stop automatically considering themselves a part of the high skilled face of tf2 whose opinions are the only ones that matter, thanks.

OH SNAP!
steve…. just because refuse is bad does not mean xzr isn’t, and koeitje played quite high div 1 and old div 2 before :) both have an absolute right to express their opinions
then he should drop those zeros and find himself some heroes

It’s funny how people can say that premier teams’ opinion shouldn’t be more important or their opinion shouldn’t weigh more than the others’ when making a decision regarding all-things league.
Most of the players in these teams have been playing tf2 since season 1/2. Most of the players making these claims I stated above are div 5/6 OR have had max 3 seasons in contact with the game. Are these people seriously claiming that the people over at premier don’t know what’s best for the game to move on or that their opinions are less correct than theirs?
Are these people SERIOUSLY claiming that all these top teams want is for their “wish” of vanilla to become true so they don’t have to adapt and eventually end up killing the game? So all the time they have spent playing tf2 was with the sole porpuse of killing the game as competitive e-sport? gg.Please, make the right decision and listen to people that know about the game rather than people that came straight out of pubs – no offense, we’ve all been there once but this is just a fact.
Just my 2 cents
I kinda wanted to write this, dunno why I haven’t :)
I really want to see RaCio posting here about these kind of posts, not just xzr being a maddie (<3).

bad. it is played by shit community full of cunts. if u want that I suppose we are half way there already.
in terms of voting you need to give each division a total share of 16.6666667% of the vote. therefore giving div 2, 1 and prem teams a fair weight in terms of their vote. essentially boosting their numbers equal to div 6 teams.
