Quarantine response to Beavern's ban

thing is. To take a recent example: how long would norla have lasted without being banned if rej didn’t pick him up?
because tbh he was in the same situation. If he hadn’t gone with rej would he be banned now? for raping some shitters?

Since ETF2L have made it clear that there will be no review of this case, and they won’t allow you to present the evidence in your defence (the ‘nice guy’, ‘good at games’ and ‘good at lan’ arguments iirc) what is the next step?
I assume Quarantine and their supporters will continue the fight for justice on the forums while staging a mass boycott of the league. After all, season 9 is going to be intolerable with the secret police ‘disappearing’ anyone who plays better than the rest of their division, right?

As I understand it, every member within the AC team has to agree for a player to be banned, 1 person disagress then he will not be banned, simple. This has been stated by etf2l admins.
Now its been said that ” apaprently ” the majority of AC admins are listed on the staff page ( why buffalo bill isnt there i dont know since he is apart of that but nm) so we shall say they had 4 admins looking at it who are able to make a decission.
Racio stated earlier that D2M was and is still apart of the AC team and his info provided is invaluable.
D2M has stated he revieved the demo and told etf2l that he did not think there was enough evidence to warranr a ban. Working under the asusmption all ac admins have to agreee this is clearly not the case.
As we can see by the news post which racio made beavernz was then banned.
So I would like to know how this happened when its clear everyone involved in the decission making process didnt agree.

The notion that people are banned just because they are good is just silly. There’s tons of good players in the lower divisions and tons of cheaters with godawfull gamesense/teamplay.

You’re correct that most of the points made by the OP don’t change much to the situation. However that doesn’t mean I will not correct a mistake if it’s made. It’s just that the majority of his arguments weaken his point rather then strenghtening it.
edit: @wildcard, d2m spoke to me about his concerns on Saturday the 15th, after the newspost was made.

This. Other than this, I have no opinion in this case or much of care who gets banned… unless its me. I was just about to point out this same fact what has caught my attention in this whole eDrama

With regards to the communication about my opinions, I had only spoken to Racio as I felt an incompetent decision was being made in this case. I did not unfortunately post a comment on the related forum topic on the private AC forum, partly due to lack of time, partly because I didn’t want to cause an argument with other admins and mainly because I thought it would get resolved after I voiced my concerns. Apologies if that wasn’t clear enough in my previous essay on page 3 – but the other AC admins were not aware in full of my thoughts.
I’m dearly sorry that I didn’t make a forum post as I feel if I’d managed to do that and not assumed it would be resolved, perhaps we wouldn’t have a 19-20 page thread about this issue. So I can only apologise, but would like to point out again that I wasn’t a full-time AC admin and assisted when I had some free time – not every single day.
With regards to the ban, yes I’m probably still treading a tightrope with regards to revealing information – but there was another admin who hadn’t commented in the thread who also does not believe there wasn’t enough evidence. So I’m hopeful that after further discussion, the ban might well be rescinded.
As for my position in any sort of AC role – I don’t feel I can continue in that respect now due to my comments in this thread and also the fact that I think the best AC teams work with some people undercover. Since I had to blow my own cover in the first place to lend support to the cause, I think I’ve sealed my own fate in respect of that. I am however perfectly happy to assist Racio and the others in developing a new, more effective system should they want any help with that.

I was aware you didnt tell the ac team as was confirmed to me by someone :), didnt think that to be relevant though as I was told you informed racio personally ( which you just confirmed ) and since he was the one who made the newspost I personally wondered why it didnt raise any suspicions with him.
Just the imagine the bazillion ‘OMG HE NICE GUY AND HE NEVA HAK’ threads that’ll go up if he gets his ban reversed :|
