How do you watch demo`s of matches played in Highlander challenge to see teams who you will be playing in the ladder etc?

they’d have to upload their match demos somewhere for you to access them, they aren’t required to upload them from every match :)
1) Download the .dem file into your tf folder found here: Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/USERNAME/team fortress 2/tf.
2) Load up tf2.
3) Open console using the ` key next to 1
You may need to enable developer console somewhere in the tf2 options
4) Type playdemo DEMONAME
5) Watch demo. If it’s STV use space bar to change camera from first person mode to 3rd person mode to free camera where you can move your pov with the wasd keys. Switch player that you’re specing with LMB and RMB.
You can press shift and F2 to bring up a user interface for fast forwarding and pausing and shizzle, or to smooth a POV demo.

If you’re gonna watch someone else’s POV demo, make sure to backup your cfg folder or make them read-only because it will overwrite your own config with the one from the player who’s demo you’re watching
