can we make a forum/section for the 6v6 and 9v9 ladder, where people can post dates which they want a ladder match on and then others can reply to accept the challenge. if this would work.

We have an open challenge system which can be used for that purpose.
Just make a challenge, fill in all details and as opponent team select “open challenge” (at the bottom of the list). Other teams will be able to view that challenge and be able to accept it on the challenge page.
yeah, but it would be better to have it like so people can see on the forums maybe they’re looking for a pcw and see oh yeah subs clan are searching tonight in OH 15 mins lets play

For the instant practice wars I would use IRC and join #tf.wars. There just search for “9on9 Highlander Now, Server On” or something.
I know that, but I would like it to be more official, so to speak, this would encourage people to be more serious when searching and stuff like that, maybe even etf2l could make a #etf2l.ladder irc room and you could search 6v6|ladder|on|now|mid- or something similar
I am just trying to encourage using the league more and it would encourage people to sign up to the ladder, if the ladder was advertised more
