This is the EUROPEAN TF2 League and all American teams that entered should’ve noted this when they signed up. As much as I’d welcome our friends from across the pond to participate in this tournament, European servers must be used for any game with a European team, regardless of how bad your ping is — I believe a sentence from the original announcement post for this tournament went along a similar line too.

All in all, the non-European teams know perfectly well the “risks” involved when signing up for this tournament and by entering it agreed to adhere to the conditions put forward by the ETF2L.
