How do I set up a group for Highlander.

Me and my friends got a steam group to set up but how do i sign up on the ladder. it says You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. Please help me
You need to be registered on the ETF2L page [X], enter your correct steam id [X] and have to be leader of an existing highlander team [ ].
Then you can go to the Team Admin page (top right) and select “Competitions”.
There you might want to select “The ETF2L Highlander Ladder! Everyone Welcome!”, check “Cofirm signup” and click on “Signup team”.
Congratulations, you signed up for the highlander ladder.
In order to sign up for the ladder, you must be registered as leader in a Highlander team with at least 9 people (including you) verified (Verified = Been on the roster for more than 24 hours).

how do i get my friends to join the group on this website?

They need to register for the site in the same way that you did. Then they’ll need to make sure they put their steam IDs in. Once this is all done, you will be able to add them to your team by going to Team Admin and clicking on Teams, then Edit Roster, selecting them from the dropdown list and clicking on Add Player.
First you go to “Team Admin” which is at the top right corner. After that, you go to the “Teams” tab in which is in the bar at your left.
Then in the bottom theres a place where you can choose a play and stuff like that.
You press the “Select” player and scroll around untill you find the player you want to. Then in the next bar you can choose what status the player should have in the team. And then the last one is what team you want him to be recruited in. Remember you need the leader rights to invite a player to your team.

If your friends haven’t signed up and they’re willing to give you their email and steamID, you could register them yourself. If you go to Team Admin, then Teams, Edit Roster and then Register a New Player, you can register all your team with their details and they will be automatically added to the team. Helped me anyway, seeing as my team are too lazy to sign up themselves :D
