thats ridiculous. cant think of a match where these differences decided the match.
choose your color on first map and stick to it on 2nd. easy.

On granary last on BLU you can get a Heavy on the highest pipe due to the lamps in between the pipes.

in NA, they swap colours half way through (2 x 15 min in our setup), they aslo have no bitching and complaining about unlocks and no stupid unlock rules (all valve weapons allowed – sandman, community weapons not allowed yet).

First team to 4 points or 30 minutes and switch sides. First team to 5 points wins the match or the highest score after 60 minutes.

I think gravel pit red and blu aren’t the same.
On blu’s cp1 on granary, there’s a little wall/light in the back right corner, next to the sliding door, which you can hide on.
k^m2 has to go blu as our medic is colour blind and cant see red as well!
On cp_granary, when entering middle from yard through choke, and continuing on the left lane while on mid, you have to go closer to the enemy ramp as a RED player in order to see into the ramp and identify who is there than you do as a BLU player.
On cp_granary, the cones in BLU yard have sticky potential.
On cp_granary, in both yards coming out of choke there are wooden signs. On the BLU side it’s far easier to jump from that to the little shack next to it than the RED side, as there the sign is ‘hidden’ in the wall’s indentation.
On cp_granary mid, coming out of RED ramp, to the right there’s a barrel you can jump onto the nearby crate from. BLU does not have an equivalent.
On cp_granary, cp2 garage, in the room linking cp2 room with the main garage entrance (from yard), it isn’t, or at least wasn’t, possible to jump on top of the sign on RED side, and then from that to balcony, whereas on BLU side it is.
That’s just what I can think of from cp_granary, but I might have a run through ’cause I think there’re some more differences, and I’m not sure if maybe some of the problems I’ve mentioned have been fixed.

You can jump from blu ramp bag of grain or whatever they are.
