If you’re getting a black screen it’s from your monitor, and it is because you’re changing resolution.

Just one thing from me… Are you sure your config is completely independent of others, like m0re’s or QLC? Why am I asking this is because after accidentally using -autoconfig and running your config alone, I had around 10-15 fps less than before, yet after running successively QLC, some random one from gotfrag, m0re’s and lastly yours again it all came back to normal.

For me, your config alone does little, combined with others works well. How about now?

There is only additional reduction, not addition, as such I fail to see how this could be true outside of unfair testing conditions or mere placebo.

Setup?

Probably a bit of a noob error here, but since I have your config my tf2 starts up in low-res (720×480). even tho i put (-w1650 -h1080 in my launch options string). Like I said probably something I am doing wrong that I overlooked, but I can’t quite seem to figure out why it does that.
