TF2 tournament has a £8500 prizepool.

The event will be at The NEC, Birmingham, UK, conveniently located adjacent to the train station and a 2 minute walk and a 2 minute AirRail link away from Birmingham International Airport

Tickets are currently on sale at a 15% discount, this will end when 1000 have been sold, or when it reaches 30th of April.

On the 12th of April it was announced there were only 300 early bird discounts left, so if you care about 15%, buy soon.
Edit: Early bird has sold out, you have to pay the full price

Also Multiplay let people with weekend passes into BYOC area now if you get a guest wrist band which can be obtained by going to the checkin desk with weekend pass holder and BYOC holder, and the BYOC holder ‘vouches’ for the weekend pass holder and they can enter the BYOC area :D

NEC is much larger since Multiplay have some agreement with GAME AFAIK so expansion is possible.

That is a huge prizepool for TF2! Same or even more than the other games except for CS:GO. The Spy picture is a bit silly though, hehe.
