Thanks to all the #Pennyfarming E-Sports nerds, EV nerds, Turbo, Vanilla for the Skullgirls mathces (even if I did get wrecked) and a big thanks to all the people that came to stand intimidatingly behind Penny’s chair while he was playing and then being nice.

PS: Alfie why did you submit the scores of the game our final game wrong, it was 5-0 to us not them! Now we’re forever 4th. :(

Too many other awesome people to mention, but you were all nice irl, I’ll never get mad at your binds again.

I’ve been staring at the screen for about 10 minutes trying to comprehend just how amazing this experience truly was and I’ve come to realize I don’t have the ability to put this feeling in written form. My first shout out has to go to the 6 ballsiest tf2 players I’ve ever seen, you now know who your biggest fan is(at least in Australia). To all the Infused and Punchline players (and everyone else i drunk with) It was great to get smashed with you boys last night and I’m still gutted there couldn’t be another night of getting loose. Epsilon you are the best team I’ve ever had the privilege to watch live and on top of that a nice bunch of guys as well. To all the admins and vanillatv staff that was the most well run and best produced tournament I’ve seen and you should all give yourselves a pat on the back for your hard work behind the scenes.

However there are 3 men in particular that made this lan happen for us. Aporia who put hundreds of hours into getting us to this lan despite studying full time working full time and having a hot girlfriend. I really don’t think enough people realize that without him in the team we likely would have never made it over in the first place. Tapley who does an insane job as an admin(rip) was also instrumental in getting us here and also worked tirelessly with Aporia sorting out the fine details.

Now for the last and definitely not least, Andy. You are one of the most kind and giving men I have ever met. When our situation for bootcamp looked dire you had no hesitation in offering your own place to 6 stinky Australians you had just met. You went out of your way to provide for us and your room mate Phil was as equally kind and generous as you. Before this lan I thought I was over this game and that i was getting too old to be a serious gamer but after the experiences at this lan, I’ll be back, we’ll be back and the next one is going to be even more mental. Hopefully this wall of text doesn’t bore and sorry if i missed anyone in the shutouts because you are all beauitful people.
