Me and Vani (+ Lalli and maaaaybe Hycz I think) are flying to London and then taking a train from there I think.

No not really. They changed the rules a bit, so you dont need the weedpass anymore to buy weed. Selling to foreigners is still illigal, but in reality the shops will sell to foreigners, except at boroughs close to the border to prevent drug-tourism.
Depending on if I get a job soon or not, I will go if I get one.
