Been passed around their support for around a week now still with no direct answer. Could someone help me with this question?

If my clan mate has purchased 10 tickets with a group discount. How do we sign up for clan forge if all the tickets are in his name? When I try i get an invalid user error, I spoke to tech support and was told I’m not eligible to make one because I don’t have a ticket. So currently I can’t enter any tournaments.

Can anyone help with this? First time doing the group discount.

Just incase anyone also wants to know the answer, everyone has to sign up to multiplay, then the person who purchased the group discount has to allocate the tickets to their email address.

Then you can sign in to clan forge.
