Stop right there. Pledge and Byte don’t get on, fair enough, they’re both professional enough people to get over that. Pledge manned up and asked Byte to cast the final together because a lot of people had asked for it. Byte said no.

There is absolutely no point discussing that wall of text further. Byte had the opportunity to do what was best for the community, and declined due to a petty personal dispute. Absolutely every possible other argument is therefore void and non-applicable.

FACT is: THERE WERE MAINLY TF2 PPLZ IN THE CROWD!!!!!

FACT is: If all tf2 pplz would have come to watch the final it would have been packed!!!

Most pplz dunno what the deal is with Pledge and Byte…fair enough…I don’t even know the whole story… but tbh standing up for urself is probably more important than serving the community…

I know you are, I’m not questioning that at all. Personally I’d have had a lot more respect for your opinion if you had genuinely said that to people at LAN rather than keyboard warrior-ing it when you got home.

There was empty seats to the right where people would have literally had to climb over people to get to, so they just stood up at the back instead.

I didn’t say Byte was a bad caster, that isn’t the issue here. Byte and Pledge would have been absolutely the most logical casting duo for the final.
