command doesn’t work though
TargetID HP above players’ heads is a Valve change, there’s no way to revert it for now. You can try FAQ #9, maybe you find numeric TargetID HP less intrusive than the HP box.

I think tf_hud_target_id_alpha doesn’t work on broeselhud’s TargetID because it only uses a simple shaded background instead of the team coloured background the default HUD uses.

October 30 update: Added ConVar to disable floating health icon (tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health). When disabling floating health, the background of the HP box is slightly darker now because it overlaps with the TargetID’s background shade but this way both 1 and 0 are supported in broeselhud_blue 3.6, so it’s fine in my opinion.
