There is not such a folder, at least not with health. There is only chat position and backgrounds

It’s a separate folder; try downloading the newest version, it should be there in the extras folder, next to the various versions.

Hud broke, happens usually when Valve releases a bigger update.

I’m trying to maintain the hud on my own, modifying it when new updates come, but I was wondering, where could I change the color or ammo count when you heal people, or the name and precentage of ubercharge when you look AT other Medic (similar to what stabby has – his charge info is yellow and very visible). I was kinda trying to do the same thing and I can’t find the correct line for it.
