Two things:
1) Are you patched to the latest update, Beta 15?
2) Do you mean invitation popups in-game, or in the main menu?
My first suggestion would be to move or rename your current tf/resource and tf/scripts folders and do a fresh reinstall (if it asks you to replace and/or merge, then it’s probably not a fresh reinstall; if you have any customized files from an old version, you might have to remake them with the new files). If the problem persists, post any relevant screenshots if possible.
Very nice hud. I used it for a week and I love it. But I have a problem with the game menu: I can’t join the server that I added in the autoexec file. When I press 1, 2, 3 or the home button the game start to join the server, but then remain block on the first step. Is there something that I have to change to solve this problem?

Please copy and paste the lines (or, at least one) from your autoexec (you can redact the passwords with PASSWORD or something) so I can check for errors. Also, if you can, check which part the load screen freezes (what does the loading bar say it’s doing when it gets stuck?).
I like this hud but do you know how to get the Damage text from MoreHUD to work with it? Its a lot clearer at low resolutions

Can you describe exactly what you mean? Like, are you talking about the damage text above people’s heads, or the text on the HUD? What makes it clearer? I can’t find any screenshots of m0re’s damage text.

Can you be specific about what makes the difference in clarity, and whether you’re talking about the damage text over people’s heads, the damage text that stays on the HUD, or both?

I’ll do it this evening ’cause now i’m at work. I’ll copy everything from my autoexec to let you check it. I’ll make a screen too (the bar gets stuck in the first phase, in the “connect to server”). I remember that is something like that:
alias […] “connect 194.34.166.899:666; password impro; rcon sucka” //homelink
alias […] “connect 166.899.666:144; password tf2isdead” //1st server
etc…

Hm, my guess is that you maybe copied IP’s incorrectly, but I could be wrong.
When you get home, try copying one of the sections you have in quotes (connect ###;password ABC) and pasting it into console. If it freezes at the same part, you probably have the wrong IP address.

I’ll add a file swap for using a bolder font. In the mean time, you can edit the fonts used in tf/resource/ui/HudDamageAccount.res. Try fonts like “HudFontSmallBold”, “HudFontMediumBold”, or “HudFontMediumBigBold”.
