I apologise for the horrendous massacre of your language that you are about to witness, but
Hallo, kannst du mir helfen? Ich lerne deutsch, aber, ich bin nicht sehr gut. Ich frage mich, sie sprechen mir?
— basically, I’ve started learning German and I’m struggling with the pronunciation of words/phrases. Would you have a conversation (a limited one(:) with me on mumble to quicken my learning/help me understand.
The above was written with what I know from my little cheat sheet I have + I put it through google translate and it read all right.
As you intend to learn german from this check out this map to determine your optimal convo partner.

Green Area speaks very good German
Red Area genrally speaks a dialect, which you will most likely not undestand.
Rest is ok’ish i guess.
There might be exceptions in the red area and vice versa

if i were you, i would try to find a team with atleast 1 bloody german, that’d be better for you since it’d help you in the long term, a single conversation cant beat listening to a certain language day in, day out.
thats how i improved my english skills a lot :)
