I want to change the time I see ingame at the top of the screen to the server’s time (the time which appears when I press TAB) because I want to see the “war” time, not the “map” time.

Any help?

Try copy the time which appears when you press TAB and paste on the spot where the map time is.

If i understood you want ServerTimeLeft from scoreboard.res instead of TimePanelValue from HudObjectiveTimePanel.res.
Try letting the name & ControlName unmodified but change the content of TimePanelValue with the content of ServerTimeLeft.
