Going high sens for a split of a second then back to normal - Help!

I run Win7 ultimate, never have this problem. It’s rare I run mumble these days so it’s likely that could be responsible if you have it and I don’t.
Mumble?
Hmm… I don’t see how that would cause it but now I think of it, It does only happen when I have mumble open (although I do rarely play without mumble open).
I had a similar problem a while back. Turns out the cause was that I had messed with program priorities (something like setting Steam at low priority and TF2 at high priority), which apparently is a big no-no.
I used Mumble 1.2.0 yesterday, and I didn’t have it at all.
EDIT: Hmmn, I changed my mouse pad to a hard one and lowered my dpi, and I don’t have it anymore.
