I’ve been playing some pickups with it and afew mixes as natasha heavy, works wonders if u pair it with a sniper.

we have rolled a heavy we like it. Like the idea of chocolate bar but atm not needed for our setup.
However we dont use heavy in main line up yet and not sure that we will just played around with the idea.

Or I could just throw my sandvich in front of me for 150.
Chocolate bar sucks big dicks in almost every situation; sandvich is king!

Yeah definately a viable option but have you noticed how long it takes to: stop spin down, switch to sandvich, drop sandvich? In that time, any decent team should be able to focus you, nevermind the fact you are likely to be low on health (since you are dropping the sandvich to restore it).

With the chocolate bar, you can eat before you push, be fully buffed so the medic can concentrate on the others and you never have to spin down or swap weapon.

Surely you would just get the medic to fast buff the heavy in 2 seconds before you push, thus rendering the chocolate bar completely useless? Also, 350hp =/= 450hp, so I don’t know where you get “fully buffed” from either.

Obviously you throw the sandvich in front of you before you spin up in the first place, duh. :D

double heavy push on gran mid works. I have no idea how, but it works. worked before the patch, too.

Instead of scouts? Interesting.

I posted about pushing with the chocolate bar because I don’t push with the combo (sol/demo/medic). All that happens is you get lolspammed. If you push from a different place the defending team has no idea what the hell to do, focus the heavy or focus the combo? It’s a hard call.

Nothing quite like a heavy on the high pipe :D

I approve this message

It’s extra fun when defending and their soldiers try to rocketjump up :p

Yep there’s not a whole lot you can do against it as soldier, you basically try and shoot the pipe at the right place, which isn’t easy at all and does very little damage, scouts can’t do anything, it forces the demo into focusing the heavy which takes him off attacking the combo – even good snipers struggle hitting the heavy at that angle.

Psyche

each time valve updates a weapon I come more and more often to this conclusion: Vanilla > TF2 atm.

Might seem like a whine but natascha feels like a sandman with an extremely high fire rate and 200 bullets BUT also dealing a lot of damage at the same time. Completely negates rocket jumps and can put teams in a very easily spammable position.

To sum up: I dislike it. Seems too game-breaking. Slows the pace of the game down even more… As for sasha… approved.

I saw a lot of heavy use on granary today, from broder and pwr. Very interesting pushes and defences on last.

ambra

natascha is great for defending last points but the damage pales compared to sasha
