Was having shit fps at times today and that’s the only thing I changed since yesterday. Was just wondering if anyone else has similar problems or if it was just my PC/TF2 screwing up.

Never had any problems with P-rec so far. ( using it for months now )

P-REC doesn’t do anything that could actually lower your FPS so in short, no.
