Despite all my desperate tries, such as 1v1ing scouts, tr_walkway with jumping, crouching, strafing bots, playing with targe, BLAH BLAH BLAH, my pipe aim still fails when the moment is near. When I’m playing 1v1’s vs scout or w/e my pipe aim is spot on and i usually rape the scouts, but in a pug/scrim i am failness personified. Any suggestions on how to improve it?

Relax, Don’t let the pressure get too you, then just go for it.
If you think that you MUST hit this pipe your gona miss.
Just chill, aim, fire and if you miss oh well there’s always the next scout.

But keep practising and you’ll get better, you won’t even notice the change.

Aiming really isn’t something you should train outside of tournament conditions. 1v1 vs Scouts, bball, turris, walkway just isn’t the same as a regular 6v6 match. Play pickups and pcws and you’ll be fine after some time.

Additionally, you can play tf2dm which saves time between kills and comes fairly close to a real match (same maps, being pressured by multiple opponents etc.).
